Edit poll widget in Blogger

By default the poll widget cannot be edited once it is created in Blogger.
If you try to edit , the blogger layout will not allow you to do , because the question will become disabled state.

The reason for locking this edit is because , If you edited the question or any one of the options after so many visitors voted the poll question, then it is equal to manipulating the results which give false conclusion for the poll question.

But, in some cases if we create the poll question with some grammar or spelling mistake and later realized to correct it, then it is a reasonable edit, but the blogger layout will not allow it.

So, In such case the following trick will work and don't misuse this trick to manipulate the results.



To edit the Poll question in Blogger :

 Step 1 : Go to Blogger Dashboard
 Step 2 : Click Template - Edit HTML
 Step 3: NOw Click the cursor inside the HTML code anywhere and press CTRL + F to find the poll question
 Step 4: Type one keyword present in the question int he search box and press enter
 Step 5: Now you can find the poll question and correct the spelling or grammar mistake present in the poll question. Ensure that the widget has locked = false. If it is true change it into false and edit the poll question.

If you edit the question which changes the entire meaning of the question, then you will lose the credibility of your blog users. So I insist you to use it for genuine edits.

Attach and send pdf file through whatsapp

To attach and send pdf file throgh whatsapp

Whatsapp recently implemented attach file option in its latest version.
Though the app allow us to browse the files, it will show only the audio, video and picture files to select as attachment.



So, right now it is not possible to attach and send the pdf files in whatsapp to send it through another whatsapp number.

The trick of renaming the pdf file into jpg extension will not work in whatsapp. Because the app will try to capture the thumbnail and if it couldn't , then it will show error that the file is not an image file. May be you can give a try.

So, the best way is to send it through email or through skype software , Because both gmail and skype supports attaching files other than media.


So, Right now it is not possible to send pdf file through whatsapp .

Telesur: PUK code Retrieval | SIM unlock

The default PIN Number for all Telesur Prepaid and Postpaid mobile SIM card is unique for each mobile SIM

Telesur is the major telecom network which offers high speed data connection to Suriname customers  through Wireless, Prepaid and postpaid plans.

The Telesur Mobile SIM card has an inbuilt PIN code and PUK code for security purpose. The SIM card will be blocked if you enter your PIN number wrongly for 3 times.

Then the Phone will request to enter PUK code to reset your PIN number.

You can find your Telesur PUK (Personal Unlocking Key) through following methods.

>Find PUK through Helpline

• Call 474 242 (non-toll free number) from other network or or 152  from Telesur mobile phone
• Enter the option to speak with customer care
• Request for a PUK code and note it down. If you are lucky you can get directly through phone call. But if the customer care representative doubted about your identity then you have to go in person to the nearest service store with your id card to get the PUK code.
• Enter it in your locked Telesur mobile phone and reset your PIN number
• Now your phone will be unlocked..

>Retrieve PUK Online

• Go to official webpage of Telesur mobile and click the online complaint form
• Give your credentials and inform that your phone is locked. They will provide the PUK code after confirming that you are the owner of the SIM card
• Note the PUK code and enter it in your locked mobile SIM card
• Now , your mobile will ask to reset the PIN
• Provide a new PIN and proceed to unlock your phone.

>Welcome mail /SMS option

If you have welcome mail that you got when buying the Telesur sim card, you can directly note the PUK code printed in the mail and enter it in your locked mobile phone.
Currently Telesur mobile do not provide option for obtaining PUK code through SMS.

So, Please try any one of the above methods to retrieve you PUK code.

Maximum Limit for PUK code entering is 10 attempts. Then the SIM be be blocked and need to replace with anew SIM card . So better be careful while entering PUK code
