KYIVSTAR : Get PUK code | PIN Code

If you entered PIN code wrongly for 3 Times , then your KYIVSTAR SIM card will request you to enter the PUK code to unlock your SIM.

There are two methods to retrieve your PUK code for KYIVSTAR sim card.

Do not assume your PUK code and enter it wrongly. It will permanently block your SIM card and you have replace a new SIM card with additional cost.



Procedure to know Kyivstar SIM PUK code :

Method 1 : PUK code retrieval through online

If you have already registered with KYIVSTAR my self service option, then you can retrieve the PUK code through online itself.

• Go to My Kyivstar - Official self service portal of KYIVSTAR

• Login with your registered user id and password

• In the home page, look for Review tab

• Under Review category, click Additional Information option.

• Now , you PUK code number of Kyivstar SIM card will be displayed.

• Note it down and enter it in the locked mobile phone.

• Now , your phone will ask you to enter a new PIN code. Reset your PIN with a new four digit code and note it down in a safe place for future reference.

Method 2: PUK code retrieval through helpline service:

If you did not register already for my Kyivstar - online service , then you can go for 24x7 helpline service provided by Kyivstar.

• If you have another Kyivstar mobile number, then call 466 (free of charge)
• If you call form another mobile network or fixed land line number from Ukraine, then call 044 4660466 (call charges as per tariff)

• Inform the customer care person that the PIN code is locked and requesting for PUK1 code.

• They will provide you the PUK code for your Kyivstar SIM after inquiring some basic details about your locked

• Note it down and enter it in the locked mobile phone.

• Now , your phone will ask you to enter a new PIN code. Reset your PIN with a new four digit code and note it down in a safe place for future reference.

In future , if you want to stay away from this PUK code lock, do not enable PIN lock security. Instead , use some other smartphone apps like Applock etc which works well.

Solution 1 :

• If your wireless mouse has a off-on switch , then switch it off.
• Disable Bluetooth in your Laptop.
• Now switch on your mouse , Enable bluetooth in your laptop.

Solution 2:

1. Go to run and type devmgmt.msc
2. Device manager window opens. Now Expand Mice and other pointing devices.
3. Right click on PS/2 COmpatible mouse and select Scan for hardware changes.
