NX: Object Display Settings Shortcut Keys in UG NX

To show and Hide the objects type in Work Screen :

• Select Show and Hide icon in the toolbar section or
• The keyboard shortcut Ctrl+W Shows or hides objects by type.

To Hide objects from the display :

• Ctrl+B Makes selected objects invisible in the display.
• You can also simply select the Hide icon in the toolbar which is grouped along with Show, ShHow and hide icons.

To show the hidden or invisible objects: 

•  Ctrl+Shift+K Makes selected objects visible in the display.
• Or just click the Show icon in the top tool bar section

To Invert Show and Hidden Objects :

• Invert Shown and Hidden Ctrl+Shift+B Reverses the hidden status of all objects on selectable layers.
• Show All Ctrl+Shift+U Shows all objects on selected layers.
• Object Display Ctrl+J Modifies the layer, color, font, width, grid count, translucency, shading, and analysis display status of objects.
• Layer Settings Ctrl+L Sets the work layer, visible and invisible layers, and defines category names for layers.
• Layer Visible in View Ctrl+Shift+V Sets visible and invisible layers for a view
• WCS Display W Displays the WCS (Work Coordinate System) which defines the XC-YC plane on which most geometry is created. 

NX: Customization Settings Command Shortcuts in UG NX

Object Display Settings in UG NX :

In Unigraphics UG NX , in order to change the color of objects and fonts of letters, labels, annotations and to work with layers, we have to customize the parameters in object display settings.



Using keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+J Sets preferences such as layer, color, and font for new objects
or we can choose the command using Edit - Object display settings.

Object Selection Behaviors in UG NX :

Selection Ctrl+Shift+T Sets objects selection behaviors such as highlighting, QuickPick delay, and selection ball size (cursor size)

Customizing Toolbar, Menu bar :

The shortcut command for customization is  Ctrl+1 which Customizes menu, toolbar, icon size, screen hint, position of pointer and status line, save and role load etc.
We can also get this option by right clicking on the toolbar and selecting customize option. After finding the desired command in the list, just drag and drop to the tool bar to avail it in front of your eyes for easy access in future . And also ensure that you save the role with this newly added tools in order to avail them in future sessions.

Whatsapp Voice calling feature started rolling on version 2.12.7

Whatsapp Voice calling feature  started rolling on.

First time Whatsapp showcased its call featured version for few hours.
But second time it lasted for more than a day. But again the latest version 2.12.7 is rolled back into 2.12.5 in Google play.



So, if you have to enable voice call feature you have to use the following procedure.

1.Go to aptoide.com . Aptoide is a famous play store similar to google play store.
2.Download and install Aptoide play store from the website.
3.Now search whatsapp inside the Aptoide play store
4.Here you will find the very latest version 2.12.7 of whatsapp browser. In Google play store you can find only 2.12.5
5.Well now install the latest version of whatsapp
6.Ask you friend who has already enabled voice call feature to give a whatsapp call to your number
7.It will automatically update and incorporate call features in your smartphone. If not restart your phone to enable call features

Note that whatsapp call feature is invite based and not automatic incorporation.
