For first time registration , it is free to add your desired favorite numbers.

Step 1: Send the international number in the format of 00(Country Code)(Phone Number) to 712712.

Step 2: To check your registered international numbers send an SMS NUMBERS to 712712

To Update Favorite Registered International Numbers:

• To update the first number, Type an sms 1(Space)00(Country Code)(New Number) . Send to 712712

• To update the second number, send 2(Space)00(Country Code)(New Number) .Send to 712712

Android : Error 927 while Installing , Updating apps from Google play store - Solution

Error : Error 927 , Insufficient space or Insufficient memory

Error description : 

Error 927 in Google play store is displayed mostly in the mobile phones which have ROM less than 1 GB while installing , updating some medium to big apps like whatsapp, games etc.

Solution :

Step 1 : Go to Settings -> Apps -> Tap on Play store .

Step 2 : Select Force stop .

Step 3 : Also tap on Clear Data and Clear Cache. It will remove the saved search, saved login only for Google Playstore

Step 4 : Come out of settings and open Google Play store as usual. Login with your Gmail Id as you had done for first time login

Fair Usage Policy

Fair usage Policy (FUP) is the term used by Indian Telecom networks which defines the bandwidth cap for unlimited Internet plans provided by the respective mobile networks.

Detailed Description of FUP with example:

This Fair usage policy is widely used by all mobile networks including Aircel, Airtel, BSNL, Vodafone, Docomo, Uninor , Idea Cellular , Reliance GSM etc.
All the mobile networks provide unlimited Internet plans for their customers. But they have a check point with the term Fair usage policy.

For example, they will allow you to browse with high speed (full bandwidth) up-to 10 GB. Beyond 10 GB  they will set a bandwidth cap like 64 Kbps or 128 Kbps .
This is also called as Throttled speed. SO , if you have crossed the limit, your browsing speed will drastically reduce below this bandwidth cap.

Fair usage Policy is framed to serve equal speed to all customers. If any one user download huge data , then other users will be affected. To avoid this, Fair usage policy is defined.

Bypassing the bandwidth limit defined by FUP  is not acceptable. If mobile networks find your unusual activity they may terminate the service to you.

Mobile networks frame this policy in order to avoid high traffic in bandwidth usage.

Sometimes Fair usage policy is also called as Fair access policy.
