TNEB FAQ | Previous month Bill print out, Address Change , Name Change request, Invalid Consumer Number

To take print out for previous month tneb bill receipts?

  1. All your previous transactions are available in the 'e-Receipt Archive' link.
  2. If required, you can take a printout of the receipts at any time.

To change Name / Address for a service in tneb

  1. For Service Holders Name and Address corrections please contact your local TNEB section office with necessary documents.
  2. However, you can update the online user account details using 'Update Profile' link.

Confirmation button, close button not enabled in online tneb payment

  1. Change your Browser setting to 'Enable Java' and try again (or)
  2. Try with any 'Java enabled' Browser (or)
  3. Update your Browser to latest version

I am getting the message "Invalid Consumer No"during registration?

If message "invalid consumer Number" is displayed, please ensure the status of your service in the bill status link, , it must be "LIVE". Also check whether any new number has been assigned, if so then proceed for registration with new number.
