Charges collected are towards the convenience charge only, it does not include the ticket cost.

Tickets have to be collected 2 Hrs before the show time, else the seats would be allotted to other customers automatically.
Convenience charge would not be refunded if the tickets are not collected on-time at the counter
Movie tickets booked on ticketnew.com cannot be cancelled and no refund would be provided if the person doesn't appear on theatre to watch the movie.
In case if you couldn't not watch the movie and want your money back, there are many Facebook local community groups available where you can exchange movie tickets for money. But this is on your own risk.
