This article will help you to get the PUK code for your locked SIM card and reset your PIN number to make your mobile phone work again.

C Spire Wireless , SouthernLINC, Cincinnati Bell Wireless ,Alaska Wireless , Verizon Wireless  are the leading mobile network providers in Mexico. The SIM cards provided by these networks are equipped with a PIN number to ensure security of the customers. 

The SIM card of these mobile phone networks are inbuilt with 4 Digit PIN code and 8 Digit PUK code. PUK code is called as Personal Unlocking key and sometime PIN unlocking Key.

If you enter the PIN code wrongly for three times, then the phone will be locked and ask for PUK code. If you enter PUK code wrongly for 10 times, then the SIM will be permanently blocked and you have to buy a new SIM .

So, In order to retrieve your PUK code and reset the PIN number , follow the procedure provided below for your network.

>SouthernLINC Wireless

SothernLINC Wireless offers 24 hours customer helpline to extend their support to their customers.

If you want to unblock your PUK code and reset your PIN , follow the below procedure.

1. From antoher SouthernLINC mobile call 611 or Landline or anyother mobile , call  toll free number 1 800 818 5462 or 1 800 818 LINC
2. Press the option to speak with customer care
3. Inform that your phone is requesting for PUK code .
4. You might be asked to provide identity verification for security purpose
5. Note down the PUK code provided and enter it on your blocked mobile phone
6. Enter a New PIN number and remember it
7. Now your phone will work as usual.

>Cincinnati Bell Wireless & Verizon Wireless

As you should know, Cincinnati Bell Wireless has been sold to Verizon wireless. So you can seek Verizon Customer service support to unlock your locked PUK  code .

Go to Verizon Wireless official website and choose live chat option to request for PUK code or
Call 611 from your mobile phone or (800) 922-0204 from anyother phone to speal with customer care.
Request for PUK code. Enter it in to your locked mobile phone.

If you are calling from another state mobile, then call

  and choose the option to unlock PUK or speak with customer care.

If you are calling from land line ,other network or from other country then call

Note the PUK code provided and enter it in the locked phone.

Reset your PIN number with new one.
