To delete digilocker Account | Digital India FAQ

Once you have created your digilcoker account using your Aadhaar number and email ID, it cannot be deleted as of now.

But you can delete the documents uploaded by you like the photocopy of voters ID, Driving license etc.

To delete the uploaded documents in Digilocker

1. Log In to your digi locker account
2. Go to Dashboard - Uploaded documents
3. In the list of uploaded document, click on delete icon to remove the document from your digi locker database.

On the other hand, the issued documents like Digital Aadhaar card, driving license , CBSC Mark sheets pulled by you cannot be deleted again.

In future, the delete account option may be introduced . But as of today, you cannot delete your digi locker account completely.

To know your Account Balance in Indian Overseas Bank account :

1. Give a missed call to the number 04442220004 from your registered mobile number . To register your mobile number to Indian Overseas Bank , you can do it directly in your branch or otherwise you can also register it through online banking account.
2. After giving a missed call, within 5 seconds you will receive an SMS stating the balance like "Avl Bal as of 02-07-2017 08:33:20 A/c-XXXX6598 : 4,542.18 -Indian Overseas Bank"

You can use this facility whenever you can.

Other ways to check balance of Indian Overseas Bank account :

• Go to any ATM center nearby and insert your Indian overseas Bank debit card, Enter your PIN and choose the option check balance in the screen. Now your balance will be shown in the screen. After seeing the balance, cancel or End the screen and ensure it is logged of before coming out
