Bitel : PUK code Retrieval | SIM unlock

The default PIN Number for all Bitel Prepaid and Postpaid mobile SIM card is unique for each mobile SIM

Bitel is the major telecom network which offers high speed data connection to Peru through  Prepaid and postpaid plans.

Bitel Mobile SIM card has an inbuilt PIN code and PUK code for security purpose. The SIM card will be blocked if you enter your PIN number wrongly for 3 times.

Then the Phone will request to enter PUK code to reset your PIN number.

>Find PUK through Helpline

• Call 123 (toll free number) from other network or Bitel mobile phone
• Enter the option to speak with customer care
• Request for a PUK code and note it down
• Enter it in your locked Islandcom WIreless mobile phone and reset your PIN number
• Now your phone will be unlocked..

>Retrieve PUK Online

• Go to official webpage of Bitel mobile and click the live support option
• Give your credentials and inform that your phone is locked. They will provide the PUK code after confirming that you are the owner of the SIM card
• Note the PUK code and enter it in your locked mobile SIM card
• Now , your mobile will ask to reset the PIN
• Provide a new PIN and proceed to unlock your phone.

>Welcome mail /SMS option

If you have welcome mail that you got when buying the Bitel sim card, you can directly note the PUK code printed in the mail and enter it in your locked mobile phone.
Currently Bitel mobile do not provide option for obtaining PUK code through SMS.

So, Please try any one of the above methods to retrieve you PUK code.

Maximum Limit for PUK code entering is 10 attempts. Then the SIM be be blocked and need to replace with anew SIM card . So better be careful while entering PUK code

T-mobile : PUK code Retrieval | Reset PIN Number to SIM unlock

T-Mobile is one of the leading telecom service provider along United States, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.

T-mobile wireless Mobile SIM card has an inbuilt PIN code and PUK code for security purpose. Initially the default PIN code for the SIM card would be 1234 until you change it manually. The SIM card will be blocked if you enter your PIN number wrongly for 3 times.

Then the Phone will request to enter PUK code to reset your PIN number.

• Call 611 (toll free number) from t-mobile or 1-877-453-1304 other network or landline phone.
• Enter the option to speak with customer care
• Request for a PUK code and note it down
• Enter it in your locked T-mobile phone in the format of **05*PUK*NEWPIN*NEWPIN# and reset your PIN number
• Now your phone will be unlocked. Remember your new PIN to avoid future inconveniences 

>Retrieve PUK Online

• If you had already registered in T-mobile my account in its official page , you can see the T-mobile PUK code through online .
• Go to official webpage of T-mobile and click Account and Go to My T-mobile
• Note the PUK code and enter it in your locked mobile SIM card in the above mentioned format
• Remember your new PIN code.
