bmobile internet settings for android | bmobile 3G, 4g apn settings postpaid, prepaid

If your mobile phone model is new, then Bmobile will not automatically detect and send the Internet settings to you. So you have to manually set the Internet settings in your phone.

This technique shall also be applicable for Bmobile prepaid and postpaid, Android smart phones, HTC and Nokia Windows Smart Phones,Apple ios phones





Even you receive automatic settings from Bmobile network through SMS, it will contain some information like Port number , Port name, Access Point name etc, but we cannot view directly.

Now, Go to Settings in your phone or data card, And go to Mobile Network Settings. Then Go to Access point names. If you have dual sim , then your two SIM names will be displayed.

Select the desired SIM card for Internet.

Now tap on the left button , and select Create New APN

Enter the following Information.

Name : Prepaid Data or Postpaid data (depends on your connectiont type)

APN: bconnected (for prepaid) , Internet (for postpaid)

APN type : default , supl (Only for smart phones)

Proxy: 0.0.0.0

Port: 8080

Username: Leave as blank.

Password type: Leave blank..

Server:Leave blank

MMSC:Leave blank

MMS proxy:Leave blank

MMS Port:Leave blank

MCC: 374

MNC:12

Authentication type: Select None

APN protocol: IPv4

APN enabled/disabled : Select so that it means enabled

Bearer:Unspecified

Finally save the APN . Now try to connect internet. If it is connected ,then you are done.

Still you are not able to view internet, then go to Settings -> SIM management -> General Settings-> Roaming ->Data Roaming -> Connect to data services when roaming.

Now you should be able to connect to internet.

If you are having and trying to connect internet in laptop with Bluetooth connection , then you have to create a new internet connection as follows.

Go to Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Internet Options -> Connect to network -> Create New Connection.

Now Press Next -> Dial Up -> Bluetooth Modem Link

Now in phone number type *99# and press Connect. You will be able to view internet in your phone.

Free bus pass for senior citizens application form | MTC senior citizen bus pass form Chennai

Tamil Nadu government has announced free bus pass scheme for every senior citizens to travel in mtc bus all over Chennai. To get the free bus pass tokens, the senior citizen has to fill a form and handover while getting the tokens.

Take a print out this form and fill the name of the senior citizen, paste passport size photo, Age, gender, mobile number, Photocopy of Proof for Age (Aadhar card / Voters card / Driving license / School TC certificate), Ration card number



Note: 

  • The senior citizen should bring an additional passport size photocopy, to paste it in Free bus pass card.
  • The age of the senior citizen should be minimum 60 years
  • The senior citizen should come in person to get the free bus pass tokens.

Robi Balance transfer : Robi to Robi Balance transfer code

To Transfer Balance from Robi to Robi:

  1. To transfer, just type the amount (For example, 10 ) in a text message body and send SMS to 1212 018XXXXXXXX (where 018XXXXXXXX is the balance recipient’s Robi number).
  2. Your Robi prepaid number will be automatically registered for the balance transfer service after the first transaction.
  3. A PIN code will be sent to your mobile phone as sms after successful transfer. Please use the PIN for future transactions. To disable the PIN, SMS off to 1210.
  4. To transfer balance using IVR please dial 1210.
  5. To transfer balance to another Robi through ussd code, Please dial *140*6*1# to transfer balance
