For Jio Prepaid, postpaid sim card users who uses their Jio sim in 4G smartphones, your Jio customer ID will be your 10 digit JIO mobile number.
- For Jio-fi device users, if you want to find your 10 digit jio customer id, then put your sim card in any 4g mobile phone and give a missed call to any other mobile number. This number will be your customer id which can be used for using Jio MY account page.
- If you are using Jio My account for first time, then click forgot password option to get an OTP and set a new Password which contains both alphabets and numbers.
