| Last 5 recharge transaction in JIO |
You can check your last 5 transactions, recharge history for your JIO Sim or Jio fi device using My-JIO app.
- Open MyJio app, Or Visit JIO official website and click MyJIO.
- Tap on Sign in with SIM option , if you have JIO SIM in the phone. Otherwise, use Sign in option and manually enter JIO customer id and password.
- Now tap the three horizontal line icon (Menu icon) that can be found in the top corner of the screen
- Select Recharge history
- Your last 5 Recharge transactions will be displayed here. For example your Jio prime membership recharge details, Prime MRP 303, Prime MRP 499 etc.
To know the complete recharge details, monthly usage of data, calls etc ,you can download the monthly statement of JIO from the menu bar.
