Short Message Center Number (SMSC)

All the SMS (messages) that we compose and send to another recipient will be sent first to a common place , called message center and then it will be transferred to the recipient from your mobile network.

How to change Message center number in Android, Iphone smartphones :

For Android phones including Moto G, Xperia  and iphone 4s , Nokia smart phones, you can set this SMSC by following this procedure
Messages → Setting → Text messages(SMS) → SMS service Center → Enter your SMS center number in the box displayed → Tap on OK

Only For Aircel Customers :

Aircel has separate Message center number for each region / circle. You can refer SMS center number for your circle in this article. If your SMS is not delivered , then the first thing you have to check is , whether you have set correct Message center number
