You can forward the calls to voicemail in three categories. You can activate the following categories separately as per your choice
  • Divert calls to Voice mail When Busy : To activate Dial  **67*9820011110# and press send.  For Deactivation Dial ##67#
  •  Divert calls to Voice mail When no answer : To activate Dial  s**61*9820011110*10*20# and press send.  For Deactivation Dial ##61#
  • Divert calls to Voice mail When you are not reachable : To activate Dial  **62*9820011110# and press send.  For Deactivation Dial ##62#

If you need to hear your voice mail messages from landline, then Dial 9820011111
Now enter your Vodafone number and press *
Enter default PIN code 1111

If you are calling from your Vodafone mobile number , Dial 51234
Enter your default PIN code
Regularly delete the voice messages by pressing 3.

There is no option to send manually voice SMS in Vodafone. If the receiver opted for Voice mail option, then your call will be automatically forwarded to his Voice mail box, where you can leave a voice SMS for him. He will later retrieve it.
But you can send as Voice SMS service which cosets 75 paise per voice sms.  There is no clear definition between Voice SMS and Voice Mail in Vodafone.

There is no costs for retrieving voice mails in Vodafone if you call from Vodafone phone.
If you call from landline or while Roaming, the the call charges will be applicable.
