To solve Blank screen issue in Dish TV:
- Ensure that all the cables are connected properly to your Dish TV Set Top Box and Television.
- Switch OFF & ON your Set Top Box from the main plug switch
- Check whether your TV screen is working properly without Set Top Box. If the issue is with TV monitor, then approach the Television service center to repair the TV screen.
- If the problem is not solved, call Dish TV customer care at 0120-2550000
Most of the times, if there is any upgrade in Set Top box program, then the screen will appear blank. Restarting the Set Top Box will update the EPG list in the set Top box automatically and solve the blank screen issue.
