Tamil Nadu government has announced free bus pass scheme for every senior citizens to travel in mtc bus all over Chennai. To get the free bus pass tokens, the senior citizen has to fill a form and handover while getting the tokens.

Take a print out this form and fill the name of the senior citizen, paste passport size photo, Age, gender, mobile number, Photocopy of Proof for Age (Aadhar card / Voters card / Driving license / School TC certificate), Ration card number
Note:
- The senior citizen should bring an additional passport size photocopy, to paste it in Free bus pass card.
- The age of the senior citizen should be minimum 60 years
- The senior citizen should come in person to get the free bus pass tokens.
