Problem : Only few channels or Only HD channels appear in Dish TV and other channels are not coming and the channel numbers will skip while pressing up down button in dish tv remote control or set top box.
Solution 1 : In your dish tv remote, press Guide button. Now a list of channel list will appear in the TV screen.
On the top left corner, if it is displayed as HD channels or other name, then press guide button again until the name changes to All Channels.
Solution 2: Switch of the set top box and restart it again, so that your program guide will load newly. Most probably, you will get all channels , once you reloaded the program guide by this restart method.
Solution 3: Check whether the service is active. You can check the validity or due date of your dish tv viewing card by sending an SMS DISHTV RECHARGE DATE <11 digit VC number> to 57575
