Dish TV: No Signal Error Message in Screen | No Signal Error Solution

Dish TV: No signal Error solution :

  1. If it is raining or the weather is cloudy , then please wait until the weather clears out
  2. Ensure that all the cables are properly connected to Set Top Box and Television
  3. Switch OFF and ON set Top Box and television using Main plug switch
  4. Check whether your Dish TV Antenna was tilted to other direction. You can check the correct direction of Dish TV Antenna by viewing some other Dish Antennas. All Dish TV Antenna would face in same direction to receive proper signals
  5. If the problem is not solved, then call the Dish TV customer care number 010-2550000

No Audio in Dish TV : Solution

  1. Check the volume levels of your TV
  2. Check the volume levels in your Set Top Box
  3. Ensure that the Audio cable (White, Red cables) are properly connected to the set top box
  4. Ensure that all the other cables are properly connected in TV and set Top Box
  5. Switch OFF and ON your Set Top Box and your TV using main plug switch
  6. If the problem is not solved, contact Dish TV customer care by dialing 0120-2550000

Dish TV : Blank screen issue in Dish TV DTH

To solve Blank screen issue in Dish TV:

  1. Ensure that all the cables are connected properly to your Dish TV Set Top Box and Television.
  2. Switch OFF & ON your Set Top Box from the main plug switch
  3. Check whether your TV screen is working properly without Set Top Box. If the issue is with TV monitor, then approach the Television service center to repair the TV screen.
  4. If the problem is not solved, call Dish TV customer care at 0120-2550000
Most of the times, if there is any upgrade in Set Top box program, then the screen will appear blank. Restarting the Set Top Box will update the EPG list in the set Top box automatically and solve the blank screen issue.
