In-order to use Myaccount option in Airtel Digital TV, it is mandatory to keep your mobile number updated with Airtel Digital TV database.
- Go to https://www.airtel.in/account/UpdateRtn/jsp/dth-details.jsp#
- Enter your Airtel Digital TV Customer ID and click Submit. You can get Airtel Digital TV Customer ID by pressing Menu button and selecting My Account option in your Airtel DTH remote.
- Now, you can see two options in the next page after entering Submit. Select Change the registered number option and enter your new Mobile number.
- Confirm it by typing the number again in the next box and click Change number option.
- Now you will see three options in the next page to verify the confirmation. Please enter your Pin code? Please enter your last recharge amount? and Please enter your last recharge month? Answer any two questions to proceed.
- Once you give correct answers, your registered mobile number will be changed.
- If you receive any OTP for confirmation, then enter the OTP to change the registered mobile number process.
