You have to register in tneb online bill payment website to view the previous month bill details.
- Go to tneb official bill status checking web page. http://tneb.tnebnet.org/newlt/menu3.html
- Choose the correct region. There will be nine regions in the drop down list.
- Enter the service number. Don't include the region code in the service number.
- Type the captcha as shown in the image. If the captcha is not clear, you can click refresh button to see a new captcha image. .
- Now click proceed.
- Complete information about your TNEB service number like previous month bill details, units consumed etc will be displayed.
