To know MMID for your standard chartared account number

  1. Go to standard chartered online banking website.
  2. Login with your internet banking userid and password
  3. Now, in the Side menu click on Transfers → Manage MMID
  4. You can view seven digit MMID for your account number.


You should provide the sender, your IMPS registered mobile number, seven digit MMID to get the money through IMPS transfer.

  • Mobile Money Identifier (MMID) is a 7 digit number issued by a bank against an Account linked to your current registered mobile number with the bank.
  • You can share your Mobile Money Identifier (MMID) and your Mobile Number to receive funds via IMPS.
  • In case you don't wish to receive funds via Mobile Money Identifier (MMID) then you can delete your existing Mobile Money Identifier (MMID).
  • Online Mobile Money Identifier (MMID) generation facility is not available for Non Resident customers.
  • Mobile Money Identifier (MMID) generation facility is not available for Joint Account holders.
  • In event of change of mobile number, please generate new Mobile Money Identifier (MMID) to receive funds via IMPS.
