UTS : Renew Season ticket , New season ticket in utsonmobile app

UTS Android , iPhone app :

UTS is a smartphone app developed to book suburban tickets, take season tickets and renew season tickets through mobile app.UTS mobile app can be downloaded from official Google play store, Apple itunes

To get a new season ticket in UTS app :

1. Login to UTS mobile app using your mobile number and password
2. Select Book ticket → Season ticket → Ticket issue
3. Now enter the details Source station, Destination, Class, Name, Age, Gender, ID card number, address
4. Now proceed with payment option
5. The total fare of the season ticket will be displayed
6. Choose confirm to complete the season ticket booking. Balance will be deducted from R-wallet
7. You will get an sms confirmation with ticket information
8. The passenger can use Show ticket option to display the ticket to TTR
9. Season ticket cannot be canceled.

To renew a season ticket in UTS app :

1. Login to UTS mobile app using your mobile number and password
2. Select Book ticket → Season ticket → Renewal
3. Now, the details of old season ticket will be displayed
4. Change the details if you want and proceed with pay
5. The total fare will be displayed
6. Choose confirm to finish renewal of season ticket
7. Now , the balance will be reduced from your R-wallet and you will receive an confirmation message after renewal of season ticket
