Guide to get or recover PUK code for Telstra locked SIM:
Entering 3 times PIN code wrongly will result in SIM lock and the phone will ask to enter PUK code.

The last but best way is to contact the Telstra helpline number 125 8887 from any other mobile or land line , and request PUK number by providing your mobile number ID and verify your identity by answering some security questions asked by the helpline executive.

- Go to Telstra official puk unlocking page, telstra.com/pinpuk
- Click puk code option. Fill mobile number, first name, surname, DOB
- Accept the terms and conditions and click submit to retrieve your PUK code.
- Once you find the PUK code, enter it in your locked telstra mobile phone.
- The phone will ask you to reset the PIN number. Set a new four digit PIN number and remember it.
Method 2 : Through Telstra's my account page
- Go to telstra.com and click My account
- Login using your username and password . If you do not have one, register it now as it will take only five minutes
- After logged in to the Telstra my account page, click on Account number drop down list
- Select your locked mobile number
- In the plans and usage page, select the mobile service to find your PUK code information
- Once you find the PUK code, enter it in your locked telstra mobile phone.
- The phone will ask you to reset the PIN number. Set a new four digit PIN number and remember it.
