Order Status

Description

PENDING

Your order has been received and is pending confirmation.

ORDER

Your Order has been confirmed and is currently being processed.

ISSUE

Your order has been processed and fulfillment is in progress.

REDEEMED

Your order has been processed and will be delivered within 15 working days of your Order Date unless otherwise stated in rewards descriptions.

REJECT

More information is needed before we can process your order. Please submit your order again or contact the Standard Chartered Customer Service for assistance. Your points for this order will be re-credited.

RETURN

Your order has been successfully returned and your points have been re-credited.

RECREDIT

Your order is unsuccessful due to invalid information provided or you have cancelled your order. Please submit your order again or contact the Standard Chartered Customer Service for assistance. Your points for this order have been re-credited.
