Dish TV : T&C for recharge offers , A-la-carte pacts, bonus points expiry date

  1. The recharge offer(s) are applicable for all the valid subscribers of the Company except for the subscribers availing Special Offers. 
  2. The offer(s) can be availed only on the base pack(s).
  3. In case of Multi TV connections, the offer benefits can be availed only on the parent connection. In such a case, to avail the offer benefits, the Subscriber(s) will have to upfront pay applicable subscription charges for all the child connections for the entire period for which the parent connection shall be renewed under the offer, else the recharge amount shall be utilized against the child connections as well and the subscription period of the connections shall be reduced accordingly. Similarly, any add on and/or or ala carte channels/packs shall be charged extra and the payment of the same shall have to be made accordingly.
  4. The offer(s) can be availed only upon payment of the entire amount (as applicable) in a single transaction.
  5. If the recharge is done through any mode other than through the website of DishTV, the subscriber needs to subsequently give a missed call from registered mobile number to 18002700778 within 7 Days of recharge to avail the Offer. 
  6. Subscription period would be reduced in case of deduction of any applicable charges and on availing any additional paid services VAS, A-la-carte etc. Month refers to a period of 30 days. Limited period offer(s).
  7. The bonus points accrued in the ‘DishTV’ account of the subscriber shall be expired if the subscriber does not recharge his connection on or before the ‘Switch Off’ Date.
