The default
PIN Number for all MIO Wireless, Prepaid and Postpaid SIM card is unique for each customer.
Like every
mobile Network, MIO Wireless if you enter your PIN
number wrongly for 3 times.
Then the
Phone will request to enter PUK code to reset your PIN number.

- For security reasons and to avoid unauthorized uses , sometime your MIO wireless phone may get locked due to some incorrect PIN code or PUK code attempts.
- If your phone get locked, you will be get notified by indicator lights.
- Once you notice such indicator lights glowing, you should enter the PIN code that was given to you at the time of Purchase of phones. If you missed the PIN number, you have to call the customer care of MIO Wireless - Aruba , +297-600-0077 from another mobile or land line number to get your unlocking code.
- Once you entered that code, your phone will be working as usual.
