Claro mobile SIM will have a PIN code and PUK code by default for security reasons. If you enter the PIN code wrongly for three attempts, then it will ask for PUK code. PUK code will be locked after 5 incorrect attempts. Then you have to replace new SIM. SO, if the PIN is locked, you should not assume PUK code or should not try any online PUK generator. It will result in SIM lock. Try any one of the official procedure. Go to official Claro website.
